A simpler way to adjust audio volume levels
You can now easily manage sound levels for notifications and GoLive Audio using the top shoulder toggle key. To get started, simply enable the volume button within the V500 device profile in VideoManager.
Protect privacy with new ‘Audio Only’ mode
For discreet handling of sensitive scenarios, the V500 now includes an ‘Audio Only’ mode. This feature allows you to record audio without needing to capture any video, which is essential in situations where privacy is a top concern.

Holster Aware activation
The V500 is now enhanced with Holster Aware. By seamlessly pairing with a sensor, the camera instantly and automatically begins recording the moment a weapon or other holstered equipment is drawn. No manual activation, no hesitation—just immediate, irrefutable video evidence when it matters most.
Automatic echo cancellation for GoLive Audio
V500 GoLive Audio is now hands-free, with no need for a push-to-talk button. Acoustic Echo Cancellation (AEC) eliminates disruptive echoes, turning two-way communication with your VideoManager operator into a seamless, high-fidelity conversation.
