Chris Bennett

Chris Bennett is Director of Product Management at Motorola Solutions. Bennett holds over 65 software patents ranging from safer methods for hostage negotiations, to human trafficking an internet crimes against children operations, to controlled phone calls with survivors of domestic violence. Over 50% of US law enforcement agencies and over 1 in 5 police officers utilize apps created by Bennett and his team at Callyo, a public safety technology company acquired by Motorola Solutions in 2020. Chris is a graduate of both Harvard University’s Technology & Innovation Program and The Wharton School of Business. He is an active member of St. Pete’s startup community and mentor to local entrepreneurs. If you can’t find him at his computer he’s probably fishing the waters of Tampa Bay.
