Nicole Izbicky

Nicole is a Public Safety Consultant with Motorola Solutions’ Consulting Services team. She comes from the Chicago Police Department, where she worked as a Criminal Intelligence Analyst in one of their Real Time Crime Centers. Nicole has a passion for helping people understand how the use of a data-driven approach can strengthen their work, particularly if it is new for them or their industry.
