Baseball holds a special place in the hearts of millions, with its storied history, timeless traditions, and persistent relevance. This weekend, the excitement  increases among fans worldwide, eager to witness the unfolding moments on the diamond. From the crack of the bat to the roar of the crowd, these games continue to represent a connection where dreams are realized and legacies are created. While the crowds cheer on their beloved team, Motorola Solutions remains focused on ensuring their safety and security.

Motorola Solutions has partnered with several stadiums to equip security personnel with the VB400 body camera. The cameras will be implemented to help de-escalate potentially dangerous situations, increase safety and transparency on the front line.

The rugged VB400 body-worn cameras and VideoManager evidence management software, enable personnel to easily upload and securely store and manage video footage, organized with time, date and location. When paired with select MOTOTRBO two-way radios over Bluetooth, the VB400 automatically records when the user presses the radio’s emergency button, and when the radio’s man down sensor detects the user is down. The cameras also offer a pre-recording capability to help ensure incidents are captured from the start, and are equipped with an extended battery life that lasts beyond a shift with up to 12 hours of recording.

We are dedicated to building and connecting technologies that help protect people, property and places  – every day, everywhere and in every moment. So fans can remain focused on what’s the most important – an entertaining, fun and safe experience with family and friends. Let the games begin!
