The revolutionary SVX video speaker microphone now supports policy inquiries in Assist Chat, accessible in the field from your SVX.

Just press the ViQi button on your SVX and say “policy lookup.” ViQi will respond “Assist Chat activated. What would you like to know?” and retrieve the policy information you request.

Your database administrator can upload the desired PDF file simply by browsing and selecting it, then clicking “upload.” Your text-based policies and procedures are added to a secure, agency-specific knowledge base within Assist Chat.
