Recognizing that agencies are facing a number of challenges – including travel limitations, first responders’ safety and a need to ensure training continuity – we’ve transformed our education environment and tools to provide flexible, bundled courses that encompass both a virtual and a practical learning component.Â
Phase I: Virtual-Led Instruction
Our Virtual Instructor-Led courses are designed to address the same learning objectives as the traditional in-person course offerings. Classes encompass live discussions, application-based demonstrations and various online activities using our virtual training hosted solutions and lab environment.Â
Phase 2: In-Person Instruction
Once travel restrictions ease, we will begin offering in-person, practical courses either at one of our training facilities or at your location. These sessions will build upon the virtual courses and provide you the opportunity to perform the tasks live. Upon completion of both components, you’ll receive credit for the equivalent traditional course.
