Our current Motorola Solutions product users will soon see a new login screen when they go to log in to their Motorola Solutions platform. This is one of the first of many steps we are taking to provide our customers with a unified, familiar sign-on experience, regardless of which solution they are using.
A quick walk through
Although the look is changing, the overall process is staying very similar to what customers know today. Check out a brief walk through of the new login experience below.
Enter your username on the first page. The username is always your email address. The responsive design will adapt to both large and small screen sizes.
Next, type your password. Note that you can still see your username and have the option to click on it to go back to the previous screen and change it if needed. Click the eye icon in the password field to reveal what you have typed. Use the Forgot Password link to set a new password if you don’t remember it. Be sure to change your password when it is close to expiring.
This new login screen is a step toward one, unified experience for all of our Motorola Solutions customers. We appreciate your allowing us to serve you and help you be your best in the moments that matter.
Forgot your password?
If you click on the Forgot Password link, a code will be sent by email to the email address you entered as your username. Once the code is entered into this screen, you can initiate the password reset.
Once you’ve entered a valid code, you can enter your new password. Confirm the new password to complete the password reset.
Changing a password
To change your password, enter your current password and then type in a new password. Confirm the new password to complete the password change.
