Expanding the TLK Configuration app

Effective device management is critical for operational efficiency. The TLK Configuration app was designed to save you time and effort by allowing you to set up and manage devices directly from your smartphone. This user-friendly mobile app simplifies deployment, letting you create talkgroups, add users and link devices in minutes.

We are enhancing this powerful tool by integrating SafeGuard feature configuration for the TLK 25 and TLK 110 devices. SafeGuard adds a layer of mission-critical features designed to improve worker safety and communication. By integrating these settings into the TLK Configuration app, you gain greater control over your team’s safety protocols, all from one centralized, mobile platform.

TLK 100 End-of-Life Announcement

To ensure our partners and customers have access to the latest technology, we will be discontinuing the TLK 100 device in North America. The TLK 110 will be the preferred replacement, offering enhanced features and capabilities.
We are committed to a smooth transition. Here are the key details regarding the TLK 100 cancellation:

  • Last Hardware Order Date: New orders for the TLK 100 can be placed until December 31, 2025, or while supplies last.
  • Subscription and Service Continuity: There will be no impact on existing TLK 100 WAVE PTX subscriptions. Month-to-month subscriptions will remain available, allowing you to activate and maintain service for your existing devices without disruption.
  • Technical and Hardware Support: We will continue to provide full technical support, software support and device replacement for all TLK 100 devices with an active WAVE PTX subscription until March 31, 2029. After this date, support will move to a “commercial best efforts” model.

This transition allows us to focus on developing and supporting our newer, more advanced devices like the TLK 110 and TLK 25, ensuring you always have the best tools for the job. If you have questions regarding this notification, please reference the lifecycle support notice.
