The week of April 11 – 17 we honor telecommunicators and the incredible work they do to keep us safe. This year we are taking a different approach to how we honor these courageous men and women for a good reason.
When you speak with telecommunicators they will tell you how important it is to them to protect the first responders dispatched to the incident. They view first responders as ‘family’ and their goal is always to ensure they are safe.
This year our interviews with telecommunicators include the first responders as we focus on an incident where their teamwork made the difference, as it does every single day.
Ricardo Martinez, CEO and Founder of Within the Trenches Media is conducting the interviews which is another new addition and treat for all of us.
